Established in 1971, JTR Enterprises Inc. was created out of three brothers’ (John, Thomas & Robert) love of sailing and the sacrifice of their father’s beloved welding table to fabricate a keel for a friend’s boat. Their father, a successful entrepreneur and master machinist decided that it was better to put them into business than fight them. In 1999, Derek Dudinsky (son of Robert, nephew of John and Tom) acquired JTR Enterprises, Inc. to continue the family legacy.
